I had water coming up thru my carpeting and called a well-known plumbing company to check it out. To say I was disappointed with their service is an understatement. I was pissed off that I had to pay them for doing nothing and telling me nothing except to suggest I let them cut up my rug and dry wall to see if they could "find" the leak. I called Mainline Leak Detection and spoke with Brian Kirk. It took him all of 10 minutes to find the source of the leak which just happened to be exactly what this overpaid plumber said it was not. I'm glad he put it in writing so I can get a refund for their inept service. I've never dealt with MLD before, but if this is an example of their competence, experience, and professionalism, I'm putting them on speed dial. I am, and was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone. If you have leaking issues and can't determine the source, save yourself some money and call them first. I valued their honesty regarding what I really needed to fix my leak. Mainline Leak is the real deal. Call them FIRST!!!
